Well, it was a fine stay for one night. The staff were amicable in the whole hotel. The location was marvellous and cute - really close to restaurants, museums and restaurants and the centre of Amsterdam. It also was near to everything.

Good morning, I thought breakfast was a bit scarce, but we did have coffee and fruit available all day. The beds are a bit soft for my taste, the location is good, it faces a channel and is relatively close to the center ... if you like to walk you can go perfectly in 10-15 min at most you are in the most emblematic places of the city at most.
I didn't like that I wanted to send a postcard to my family from the city and as I didn't see a mailbox to introduce it, I left it at the hotel so that the receptionists could send it to me and to this day 23-12 it still hasn't arrived... I think they finally ignored it. which seems fatal to me, as they offered to send it themselves. And a friend forgot presents and contacted them so that they could send it to Spain with a refund, or she offered to make a transfer for the expenses, but they didn't answer her either, so it seems to me very unprofessional for a hotel establishment.

great location but room size needs improvement
The location is TERRIFIC! It's so close to major attractions. I loved having a family room for myself with me with ample space to relax.

The rooms are not very clean and very stuffy, generally they are not bad.

Excellent location
Whatever the people at Mozart Hotel call a bedroom is actually defined in most dictionaries as a shoebox. A tiny shoebox. If you don't mind banging yourself into walls and doors each time you make a move, it's near perfect.
